A Cambridge InternationalDiploma holder and Certified trainer on teaching and learning methodologies. He is a Plastic Processing Technologist backed with 10 years of industrial experience in India’s leading group TATA. His passion towards education, training and working with students helped him to serve Education Services since 13 years.
He was the mentor and coach for many aspirant trainers and teachers for their Cambridge University certifications to successfully complete their Diploma and Certificate courses. He is also experienced in designing and delivering Science and Maths subject oriented workshops for teachers. He has international expertise of training teachers in Royal Kingdom of Bhutan to inspire and equip its in-service teacher with new teaching methodologies, mentoring and coaching for school heads, Technology Aided teaching and learning, on-the-job practical skills and also their professional development. In the process, he trained more than 3000 teachers in all the syllabi on ‘empowering’ them on latest trends in education and 200 Principals and school heads on “mentoring and monitoring” process. He developed modules on reflective teaching, understanding learners, Assessment (both Formative and summative –CCE), question paper preparation, classroom management, Handling children with learning difficulties, “How to make children think?” and Lesson planning preparation with focus on child.
He is an active team member for academic audit and accreditation of schools, both national and international expertise. He is been appreciated for his teacher orientation programs conducted at Muscat and Middle east.
He is the recipient of highly commended employ award, from Centre for British Teachers, London, UK.
